Do you have a son or daughter that plays sports? Are you a current high school athlete? We are now expanding our Sports Performance Training to all ages and all sports! We go way beyond basic speed and agility drills though, so come prepared! Our four building blocks of training are something you've never experienced before. We will develop you as an athlete and take you to the Xtreme level!
8-10 years old? Hop in to our Youth Camp every Friday from 4:30-5:00pm with Eric Emms! Only $79 a month for training every Friday of the month! Make every Friday a GOOD FRIDAY!
11-14 years old? We offer separate training for girls and boys. The ladies train on Mondays and Wednesdays from 4-5pm, and the gents train on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4-5pm. $120 a month for two days of training every week of the month. Get a great workout in before team practice! Your coach will notice a difference after a couple weeks and so will you!
15-18 years old? Let us supplement your current high school program! Our 40+ years of training high school athletes and preparing them for college and the big leagues will take you from borderline to all-star, guaranteed. For the ladies, drive yourself over on Mondays and Wednesdays from 3-4pm. We'll see you guys for training on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3-4pm. Only $120 a month for two days a week of training! The tips you make off delivering pizzas on the weekends will cover your whole month!
